Craig started his career as an engineer for Norwest Holst working on Birmingham International Airport’s Diamond House. The £14m office development housed Customs and Excise and the airport police. Following on from this was the MSCP Phase 2 £10m concrete framed car park. A move to the surveying department led to working on a wide variety of projects, most notably a Procure 21 diagnostic treatment centre at Milton Keynes Hospital. After 7 years service with Norwest Holst, Craig moved to London with Willmott Dixon to work on the £30m City Academy in Lewisham. After great success, Craig took a position with a regional contractor heading up the Development and New Build division. Now a director with Duco UK Ltd, Craig is developing new business and leading the management team

Lee Desmond BSc (Hons) Tech IOSH
Director

Lee commenced his career with Shepherd Construction Ltd as a Quantity Surveyor working on a number of industrial developments, building distribution centres around the Midlands. Following this, Lee moved to Tilbury Douglas Construction Ltd to work in their Strategic Projects division where he worked on projects including Costco Derby and Arup’s design campus in Solihull. Lee progressed his career with RMB Maintenance Services Ltd, delivering a large number of schemes including Kitchen Replacement and HMO upgrade schemes for Midland Heart, new build and extension works for BUPA and Barchester Healthcare and a number of residential schemes for small developers. Lee is now a director of Duco UK Ltd and is dedicated to delivering impeccable service levels to all of its clients.
